The fire at our storage unit 💔

On 18th June 2025, a devastating fire broke out at Storage World in Middleton, Manchester. In just a few hours, we lost over half of our stock, and it was heartbreaking to see how many other businesses were affected. The future of our small business felt uncertain, but we were fortunate that the other half of our stock was stored elsewhere.

In the days that followed, we turned to social media and the press with a simple, hopeful request: if you can, please place a small order. What happened next left us speechless.

Within a single weekend, we received a month’s worth of orders. That incredible wave of support didn’t just lift our spirits — it provided the cash flow we urgently needed to reorder, restock, and stay afloat while we waited for insurance.

For a small business like ours, every order, every message, every share makes a difference. But during a crisis, it means absolutely everything.
